Since 1971, Fallswood has been a small enclave of 42 contemporary homes off of Virginia Lane in Falls Church, Virginia.  Located adjacent to Idylwood Park and the WO&D Bike Trail, the community has enjoyed one of the best locations just inside the Washington Beltway.  

On the south side of Fallswood is the Washington and Old Dominion Trail (W&OD), which stretches east to Shirlington and west to Purcellville.  On the east side is Idylwood Park, a small community park with ballfields, play ground and tennis courts. 

Nearby, Falls Church has bustling activity along Leesburg Pike.
